....the steepest incline on the brit rail network....Shap Fell in the British Lake District near the small town of Tebay (pronounced TEA Bay)...

Every year the British rail network allows restored historical steam engines out of the museums to run very expensive outings on the mainline routes....this is the old West Coast route from London to Edinburgh
