This filecloud is new to me but from what you posted, this is set up on your pc. The term "Network Places" though would be relevent to your operating system on your computer (examples: WinXP, WinVista, Win2K).
Basicaly you go to control panel (start button, control panel) and in control panel you will have a link for your network options... this is where you will set up the filecloud settings as the directions say above.
The steps are correct as listed, let us know if you have any problems. Some useful info would be great for step by step process, your computer operating system for one.
If i had the computer operating system i could have written the step by step so you can follow it.
