i know that some of the "cappers" on a site i used to visit did it (so that they could pretend to be someone else to get girls to show on cam) but i never paid any attention to how they did it, sorry! maybe you might try looking at the camtasia site for info? thats the prog they used to capture screens, and it can (i think) be used the other way around. no need to buy the prog, just read up on their faq and info.
