The only way i can say as to achieve this is with a broadband connection and a good pc.

What you can do is play the file in question on the PC in sized window to fit the playing screen.....then point the webcam at the screen and size it to just show the playing window.

Things to remember..... you never know who is watching or where it will end up. Be careful what you play and for who....there are plenty of programs that copy live streaming vids with sound.
