As of two weeks ago, yes! I brought his machine back to square one after the removal of a Trojan. Like I stated to DZ and Chookie, I am trying to deal with this issue over the phone and with a person that I really have no patience with. I have decided to take the day off today and make the trip (300 miles round trip) to his house and work this out myself! It literally took me 30 minutes to just get him to start his PC in Safe Mode! By the time I finished answering all the who, what, when, where and why's of what I wanted him to do, I was frustrated as all get out and frankly quite pissed! Even after a stern warning to just do what I told him to do and I'd explain everything later! His military training over the past 20 some odd years has taught him to analyze everything to the Nth degree before doing anything. When trying to do something in a timely manner, this is NOT a person to be having to deal with! Hope you see my point?

Unfortunately he is family so to keep peace, I'll just have to take care of business although I am not all that happy about it. I appreciate the added query as it is something quite often overlooked! Thank you!
