can you right click; properties/open with? (to change default pic prog) can you right click/zoom?

some progs you can resize pics by pulling the corners, but i have no idea of your expertise level. my pc lets me expand/resize pics after making them my wallpaper!

i suggest if your pc has "stopped loading images in the proper size" recently, it's due to an update, and changed settings during that update.
