As to partitions, shouldn't only the BOOT partition need to be a primary?
As far as I could tell, you can only have 1 primary then 1 extended, divided in to as many logicals as you want.

That How I did this comp, and how I did the Lappy.

I have triple boot of XP64 on this machine, 1 primary + 4 logicals.
Main C:\ boot install, then 2 more on other logical partitions, (E & F, D always being the optical drive!) all selectable from the win.ini bootloader!

So phucknose there love!

Still might try it with TinyXP. Got all the drivers.
