Also,@ Drangd, I've heard horror stories from people who broke cell contracts for perfectly good reasons.Have a consumer lawyer in mind, maybe.
I know a poor girl who told me she sent in a broken phone( insured) for replacement and then
the assholes tried to claim they didn't get it, despite. her documentation. They said she could have stuffed the box with anything and then tried to bill her for the full price ($500). When she told them basically to get fucked and broke the contract they sent her to collections for the penalty and she ended up paying. She should have fought it but is young and just learned a hard lesson. I'm thinking it wasw, but not sure.
