It would take a heap to scare me off lady. I'm afraid I have been drug over a lot hotter coals than what this place could dish out.(LOL).
Let's see if I can set ya straight on where I roll the trash out on Tuesdays. Oh, and I don't mind a bit mapping the territory!
We take up space in Wesley Chapel, Florida. We're seven years into the process of rejuvenating a 32 acre Orange Grove. We also run a Landscape/Irrigation installation business mostly to supplement any lean citrus producing years. The first 3 years were a little depressing, but it's now putting money in the bank.

The image is out dated, so the groves on the left are much fuller now and the grass a lot lusher. It's secluded, private and just the place to stay out of the limelight.
After rereading your post, your statement,..... "Ah, new blood...... smells so sweet!,..... doesn't SCARE me, but I will admit to a raised eye brow! (hahaha). I appreciate the welcome!
