And your tone shifted from sky-is-falling ("...anything obama want's he just does by fiat .without reguard to constitutional law..." - so Obama doesn't like the Republican Party and he banned them of course, no?) to everything-is-working-the-way-it-usually does (people disagree regarding the limits of his powers and so the supreme court will have to make rulings).
Your definition of fiat doesn't say anything usefull, of course a president can do some things by fiat. It would be absurd to say otherwise.
DOMA is the law the treats gays who serve in the military as second class citizens. And you're claiming he needs to uphold that? Ugly.

Your first article is deceptive from the very start.
You should check your sources, it is a Murdoch owned media outlet. The Murdoch organization is a criminal group which has a history of massive lies (they've gone to court to win the right to lie to the public and have been caught doing so numerous times)
