I will give you that and If that's your deepest held belief, that Fox, with it's total 12.9% share of the total tv news audience, is somehow symptomtic of a dangerous capitalist corruption of the media , I'll be glad to stick that on your wall. I was thinking more of an original post to start a thread,expressing a position on some subject, actually.
The first post made me laugh a little as you made so much of my tongue in cheek remark about O'Reilly.
Your second, I didn't pay that much attention to,I'll admit, as I'd burned out on the thread and had other things to do - think I posted to that effect . Since you're hanging your hat on it as your contribution to the world of political ideas, I'll credit it to you as I did above. I'd like to know ,by the way, what your solution to this horrible capitalistic corruption of the flow of information is - public TV? censorship? I still think yours and others' obsession with Fox is a little excessive, even strange.
You really just don't get it, about, Fox's success . How many times do I have to explain why people watch Fox? Fox found a signicant market with people who were starved for something other than the liberal bias of the mainstrem networks. Fox hasn't fooled anyone. No one is worried about being duped into helping them make money. If they disappeared tomorrow in a few months there'd be another to replace them .

They won't break your bandwidth : one is about 4 minutes, the other is 2 1/2 min. Ms Brzezinski( again, no conservative) offers a solution which I think is fair and I can't see why anyone could dispute, though I'm probably naiive. I didn't post them for your inconvenience, but because I thought It was really good stuff.If you choose to ignore out of " cussedness"( your word), or are just too lazy, then it is what it is. Find a friend's computer, go to the library, but at least look at them!
