I think you need to reread the part of my post which you quoted in your message, and then compare the quoted portion to your comments.
If you can't see the problem, then I suggest you find someone to help you work it out.
You might also try doing a Google search (or, again, find someone to help you with this) on the phase "has Trump committed treason". You will find, from the results of that search, that people come down on both sides of that question, and no one could say unless and until Trump was tried in a Court whether he would be found guilty or not. My position is not without strong support from legal experts.
BTW...Trump could well be guilty of treason, by the Constitutional definition. It would take a Court to determine that, but it is not too big a stretch to conclude that he "gave aid and comfort to the nation's enemies".
