The Republican effort to destroy Obamacare has died in the Senate, and a backup plan to simply repeal -- with a replacement set for some future point -- has also encountered enough no votes to kill it.
I don't see a meaningful opportunity for another Republican run at this until, at a minimum, the mid-term elections, and then only if they were able to increase their lead in the Senate.
The Obamacare cat must have surely used up most of its nine lives by now, but the good new it, most Americans still have some form of health insurance coverage.
