I can't understand people's obsession with this capital letter's thing. It does no harm, it is not meant to do any harm, it is only a convention, and could have been underline, or italics, or colours. Proper shouting is unpleasant, and can hurt the ears, but reading capitals, or otherwise on a page or screen does nobody any harm. GET A LIFE!
