Imagevenue does not always display the uploaded pic(they could be busy, down or whatever); so sometimes an alternate/random pic from them will be shown.
Better chance of showing the intended pic with other pic hosts.
Some hosts(imageshack, davopic, etc?) have blocked direct/hot-linking from this domain so better in general(we don't want to get shit-listed) to leave out the http:// part of the URL.
