I wanted to know 2 important things:

WHat does "telecharger" mean?? That doesn't sound free.

Also, which if your films in your archive are from BFI(book and film international)? If you could point me in the right direction that would be great!

PS: Where did you get the Former Miss America from Do you mean that literally?
