Unfortunately the legal systems in both Europe and the USA would disagree with you. Recently in compliance with our solicitor's prescribed course of action we have compiled screens of various forum posts and log files with IP address, times and dates detailing your activities from our own and partner websites.
If you do not desist as per international intellectual property laws (certainly within the jursidiction of Florida) we will be pursuing legal avenues. If in doubt I suggest you google copyright infringement settlement to gain a clear understanding of precisely what you stand to lose if you persist. Given the nature of our material and the publicity we will naturally be seeking, this is not limited to merely the financial.

pretty much means i can't actively and openly share anymore zs vids. privately is a diff story though. this email would explain why a lot of zs vid links are down. he's going after the file-sharers, mainly those that post links. i could go on and on about this but i'm saving that diatribe for my own website. i just posted this here so people know what's going on. anyone else get a similar email from him or is it just me since i shared a lot of the new and old stuff? wasn't a prob till i started posting the new stuff.
