He's right to go after his copyrighted material and well he has gotta start somewhere to stop spreading movies. But to be honest, there's nothing he can do about it.
Look at regular movies, they won't be able to kill the sharing even though the moviestudio's can act legal and have millions to spend to cope with the problem.
In my opinion he should try and work something with you, a promotional way perhaps or just treat you with respect instead of killing the vids and sending threaths, probably works alot better.
I never heard of your site, so I'm really curious about it. Google is probably my friend here.
