I get what u are saying, physical media or not
the person who holds the copyrights to this stuff, property is property, and theft is theft.
There is no proof that it affects the business, same goes for the music industry. I don;t buy albums but I go to concerts. Artists make about 25 cents per album sold. That is no joke.
When people pay for one song on Itunes how much money do they make? Some make none at all.
Yet it's the biggest music market.
Companies are perverted, they make projections and when they fall short, even if they made a profit. They consider it a loss. Then they downsize.
But now we are talking about a guy who has exiled himself in order to keep this alive. About the only ones out there releasing unseen vids.
They put everything into this and I can understand how he feels he is getting screwed.
U can;t prove he isn;t. He prolly can;t prove he is.
All that being said, when i see a new zs vid I dld it. I do not post there stuff. That is a personal choice. But i;m glad when i can set my hands on something i don;t already have.
Specially for free.
So i;m not playing sheriff here.
Just trying to get people to be honest about the situation. We can get his movies and spread them, we can be pissed when we get slapped on the wrist but that is no reason to pretend we don;t like his stuff or say he has no rights to do what he does. He has all the rights and we have all the liberty to do what we feel is right for us individually. Each of our situations are different so are our moral values.
It was just funny to me that some peeps who enjoy his movies, regardless that they find them a bit deceiving were pretending otherwise.
The last Knotty movie was good no?
