I can't say for sure whether the boar scent & sounds would stimulate a sow, but logically I imagine they would. I never found these things necessary. A little rough pushing in the sides to simulate a boar's foreplay always did the trick, providing she was in season. I don't see why you would need any special equipment to record the boar, but the sounds you want would be him meeting an in-season sow and during his excited foreplay. I always had boars available, so stimulation was never a problem, and "sloppy seconds" were always on offer!
I have never seen anything to suggest that sows have orgasms as we know them, and you certainly won't produce a reaction from a sow who is not in season.
